Fresh Beef
We sell prime Aberdeen Angus beef produced on our own farm to the highest welfare and quality standards. Our beef has a good marbled texture and has been hung for a minimum of 21 days, which allows it to tenderize and develop a fuller flavour.
Fresh Pork
We rear our own pigs using an outdoor free range system and natural feeds to produce the best quality fresh pork products.
The breed of pig used at Cook's Farm is the Gloucester Old Spot, which is a traditional English breed, renowned for producing flavoursome meat that is perfect for roasting.
Fresh Poultry Meat
Our shop sells home-produced free range poultry meat. We use a breed of chicken called the Sasso, which has been specifically bred for outdoor production systems. The birds are reared slowly on a corn-based diet and produce meat with an excellent texture and flavour.
Roast chicken has never tasted so good!

During December each year, Cook's sell top quality, fresh Christmas trees, grown in the U.K. We normally offer two varieties; the Norway Spruce and the very popular Nordman Fir (but please call us to check availability of particular varieties)..
The Nordman Fir tends to retain it's needles better indoors than the traditional Norway Spruce.
